“Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00……

“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“Very friendly staff. Good location. Room floors were not super clean but overall the room was good. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning all around view. ”

“Quiet and secluded location yet within walking distance of the 2 main pedestrian thoroughfares of Palermo. Staff very helpful and attentive to needs and wants. Breakfast is excellent.”

Stille, schone kamers.

“Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here.”

“Great stay at Dimora Bellini. Room was lovely and very comfortable with everything I needed. Rubina was a wonderful host and made me feel so welcome. Location is great if you want to be right in the middle of the action.”

“This hotel locates in the heart of Palermo with helpful staffs. Highly recommend.”

“Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags.”

“Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. We asked why not another room but we were told they were fully booked even though throughout the 4 days we were back & forth at the hotel we never saw one guest anywhere. It was so odd & like nothing we have ever experienced at a hotel before. They said we would have to stay at another hotel across town. The……

“Lovely place to stay in Palermo. Location is awesome and very convenient:)”

“This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication……

“Adequate for a short stay. There are two steep flights of stairs and no lift.”
